Only 158 polling stations had not sent results documents to the national tallying centres at Bomas of Kenya almost two days after voting ended.
46,071 polling stations had successfully transmitted Forms 34A out of the 46,229 stations gazette across the country.
The success rate now stands at 99.66 per cent as of 6.30 AM on Thursday.
On Wednesday, IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati said the commission will wait for the original Forms 34A from polling stations and verify with the transmitted image before it starts tallying.
Returning Officers are expected to travel to Bomas of Kenya to hand deliver the primary results documents.
The agency has set five desks where verification of the received results will be done against the original documents.
