Vihiga Queens have been eliminated from the Football Kenya Federation Women's Cup by Kisped Queens in the post-match penalty shootout.
The match at the Mumias Sports Complex on April 15 saw the two teams manage a scoreless result in regulation time.
Giant-killing Kisped, held their nerves to prevail in the shootout 6-5.
Vihiga is the latest high-caliber team in the Kenya Women's Premier League to be dumped out of the competition which has produced some surprises thus far.
The likes of Trans Nzoia Falcons, Wadadia, Kayole Starlets and Bunyore Starlets among others, exited the event in the round of 32.
Elsewhere, Ulinzi Starlets beat Soccer Sisters 18-0 to book a place in the last eight. Soccer Sisters started the game with seven players and ended the game with nine athletes.
Gaspo Women drew 1-1 with Nakuru City Queens in normal time. The Kiambu County side lost 5-4 in the shootout.
Kisumu All-Starlets edged out Mombasa Olympic 3-2 in a five-goal thriller at the Mbaraki grounds, Mombasa.
