Ingredients

  • 1 fresh Broccoli bunch; cut into halves
  • 3 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 6 boneless chicken thighs; skinless
  • 2 cloves Garlic; finely chopped
  • 1 red onion; chopped
  • 1 inch piece ginger; grated
  • 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce; light
  • 6 Tbsp. honey (optional)

Instructions

Step 1

In a pan, steam or sauté the broccoli to the softness and set aside in a bowl

Step 2

Using the same pan, add oil and stir-fry the chicken until all sides are browned.

You can boil the chicken first then brown later. Set aside.

Step 3

Add a little oil and fry the onions, garlic and ginger for 30 seconds then put the chicken in the pan.

Drizzle the chicken with soy sauce, and honey, a little water then cover, and simmer.

Step 4

Add the broccoli and combine.

Serve with rice, naan or potato wedges. Enjoy!
