One Kenya Alliance principals have vowed to stick together and front one of them to run for President in next year's General Election.

This even as they denied reports that the fledgling alliance is staring at a nasty split over alleged betrayal plans by a section of them.

The OKA chiefs declared that no amount of machinations will split them, dismissing reports that there are cracks.

Speaking during the inaugural rally of the OKA outfit in Kakamega, the opposition chiefs promised to mount aggressive nationwide campaigns for their State House march.

The OKA principals Kalonzo Musyoka (Wiper), Musalia Mudavadi (ANC), Gideon Moi (Kanu) and Moses Wetang'ula (Ford Kenya) said they will deliver a new dawn for Kenya if elected next year.

"Do not mind about who shall fly the Oka ticket, we are united and whoever will get the ticket shall be the first among equals," declared Kalonzo.

He went on, " We are not only strong together, but also united and with the ability to save this nation. We are not fighting among ourselves."

The former vice president dismissed claims that there is growing suspicion among the chiefs that some of them are bargaining with their 2022 opponents.

"Let the media stop the propaganda that this one is talking to that secretly and all that, now report that we are one team and for the first time Kenya is going to be led by a team," he added.

Gideon said the OKA train has left the station and that in the fullness of time the outfit will unveil its 2022 ticket.

"They have been saying that the OKA business has been about boardroom talks, but let them know that our Jet One has taken off because we now have everything ready," the Baringo senator said.

The Kanu boss insisted that Oka is the outfit that presents the best formula to deal with the country's economic challenges including the sugarcane industry.

"The solution to the joblessness and insecurity in the country is in OKA, I beseech you to stay united in OKA," he said.

Wetang'ula said the OKA team embodies the dreams of many Kenyans who want a transformative leadership that will immediately address their many challenges.

"The best leadership that the country can ever have is in OKA and we appreciate that anyone among us is as good as the other. Ours strength is dependent on our unity," Wetang'ula said.

"OKA means business, it is united and it shall not be divided," the Bungoma senator said.

The OKA chiefs have been under pressure to come out and state their position on the 2022 presidential race amid reports that the political machine had stalled.

There are reports that Kalonzo is secretly negotiating with ODM boss Raila Odinga for a possible political deal, triggering speculation that OKA could collapse.

However, the chiefs have put a brave face insisting that they will go all the way to the ballot united.
