Leaders Ulinzi dismantled Black Mamba 30-19 in a Kenya Handball Federation (KHF) league clash at Nyayo National Stadium.

The soldiers, who have garnered 41 points from 21 games, took a 17-7 advantage against their bogey team. The match had rained off at half-time on Saturday. 

Kevin Imo scored eight goals, Gideon Kiprotich managed six while Lewis Maraga and Nicholas Ireri hit five each for Ulinzi.

Engineers torched Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) 41-26. Samuel Waiganjo scored eight and Boniface Namnaba, had seven.

The students were pepped by Dolan Bwibo who grabbed 10 goals while  Lewis Maraga nailed six.

Ulinzi Sharks ripped Mountain Queen 46-8 after a runaway 21-5 halftime lead. Sarah Wasike bagged 10 and Sharon Mulei seven.

National Cereals and Produce Board took a 22-5 halftime edge and thrashed Jkuat 44-14. Naomy Muyuka tallied 14 goals and Joan Akinyi 12.

"The game was good and we led from the whistle.  For us, this is the last lap or stretch so we know we have to take every match as a final," said Millers' coach Bryan Mathews. "Our defence was solid and the attack was good though we missed a few open chances."

In other matches, Christopher Mayiende hit 10 goals as the General Service Unit clobbered Nanyuki 36-26.

Mike Orimi scored 12 and Jecton Oyugi 11 as the Buccaneers hit Inspired 44-38 in a high-scoring game. Augustine Kimsi shot 11 for the students.

Jkuat piped Technical University of Kenya (TUK) 29-28. Brian Werengai registered 10 for JKUAT. Derick Mwathi had eight goals and Lewis Maraga had seven for TUK.

Gjadys Chilo showed class-leading women champions Nairobi Water Queens with 10 goals as they easily drowned Jkuat 43-10.
