Gospel singer Size 8 almost refused to marry DJ Mo.
The mother of two said on YouTube that she despaired of relationships when she met DJ Mo.
Size 8 said her experience with her former lover made her distrustful of DJ Mo.
"At that time I was going through a very bad period," she said.
"I didn't think I was ready for any relationship. I was very disappointed with relationships. I thought all men were liars."
Size 8 said it was her sister who convinced her to give DJ Mo a chance.
The singer and the DJ have been together for almost a decade and are blessed with two children.
DJ Mo, on his part, said when he saw Size 8 for the first time, he saw her as his life partner.
