Comic books are taking over the film industry

The Marvel comics stepped up into film and came up with the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Comic tales or stories from books kept us entertained in our early childhood days and as we continue to grow, we still maintain a special connection with the stories and have a special place in our hearts.

The stories are nowadays presented in film whereby suited persons play a selected character from the comic story.

The Marvel comics stepped up into film and came up with the Marvel Cinematic Universe which is a film representation of the Marvel comic stories from back in the days.

The cinematic universe has created a whole lot of block buster movies with the start of Iron Man back in 2008 to the current Spiderman No Way Home, in collaboration with Sony, which has become one of the highest- grossing movies of 2021 with over $1 billion at the Global Box Office after Star Wars back in 2019, which was the last movie to reach that amount of money according to data from comScore.

The cinematic universe has also produced record breaking comic films like; Avengers Endgame, Avengers Infinity War, Captain America- the Civil War and more based on comic stories.

Before the end of last year, the company released a schedule based on the date and time some of their upcoming projects for the year 2022.

Some of the prequels to their previous work such as Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness, Thor Love and Thunder and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever will premier on May 6, 2022, July 8, 2022 and November 11, 2022 respectively.
