Njeng'ere: KPSEA, KCSE 2024 registration to take two months

The government has announced that the registration for KEPSEA and KCSE 2024 candidates will take two months.

The Kenya National Examinations Council CEO David Njeng'ere on Monday said that the exercise will start on January 29 and end on March 2024.

"The registration of 2024 KPSEA and KCSE candidates to begin on the 29th of January to the 29th of March," he said.

Njeng'ere appealed to school principals to ensure that all eligible candidates are registered within the period.

"Please note that there will be no late registration after the two months," he said.

In 2023, 1,282,574 learners sat for their  Kenya Primary School Education Assessment.

Njeng'ere spoke in Eldoret where Education CS Ezekiel Machogu is expected to release the 2023 KCSE exam.

At least 903, 260 candidates sat for KCSE which began on October 23, 2023 and ended on November 2023.
