Zedikiah Ocholla was on Tuesday night attacked by a motorcycle rider on his way home at Baba Selina, Kolwa location of Kisumu East subcounty.

County police commander Alphonso Kimanthi said Ocholla sustained a deep cut on his head and was bleeding heavily during the attack that occurred at about 9pm on Tuesday.

Ocholla's girlfriend, Lucy Akinyi, who reported the matter to the police, said her boyfriend arrived at her house at Baba Selina from work bleeding heavily from the head.

"The victim came to my house at around 9pm and told me that he had been attacked by a motorcycle rider he had boarded from work to home," Akinyi said.
