27 coaches commence CAF 'C' licence course in Kakamega

The coaches, who are FKF 'D' license holders, converged at the Bukhungu Stadium in Kakamega for the month-long course.

A total of 27 coaches commenced their CAF 'C' license training offered by the Football Kenya Federation on April 17 in Kakamega.

The coaches, who are FKF 'D' license holders, converged at the Bukhungu Stadium in Kakamega for the month-long course.

Among the participants in the course are former Gor Mahia midfielder Francis Ocholla and Kakamega Homeboyz goalkeeper trainer John Waw.

Adams Ewoton, who featured for FC Talanta and is now a coach in Turkana, is also part of the course.

“I am from Turkana, and we sometimes feel marginalized. I am happy to be here and I must thank FKF for giving me this opportunity,” Ewoton said.

The course is being instructed by the experienced duo of George Ondula and Fred Serenge.
