After a week-long residential training camp in Mombasa, Kenya Pipeline has named the final 14 players for the African Club Championships slated for Tunisia between May 10-23.

The Paul Gitau-coached side returns to Nairobi on Sunday morning ahead of the trip to Tunisia next week.

Captain Rose Magoi and outside hitter Pamela Adhiambo highlight the star-studded squad. Faith Imodia, who decamped KCB for the oil merchants will assist Magoi in the setting department.

Malkia Strikers' middle blocker Gladys Ekaru will lead Triza Atuka, Yvonne Sinaida and Lydia Emokol in the department.

Ekaru, who is also the vice-captain, has been a key member of the Pipeline team that bagged bronze in the same event in Tunisia last year.

She was also instrumental as the team dethroned Kenya Prisons from the Kenya Volleyball Federation league title in January at the Moi International Stadium, Kasarani Indoor Arena.

Miriam Chelimo and Louis Simiyu are opposite players. Agrippina Kundu and Betty Sifuna will battle for the sole starting slot as libero.

Naomi Too, Daisy Chepkorir, Leonida Kasaya and Adhiambo are the outside hitters.
