Wema Sepetu lost her pregnancy with boyfriend singer Whozu.
In an interview with Tanzanian online media, Whozu said the former Miss Tanzania unfortunately had a miscarriage.
Whozu said the two will keep on trying for a child,"I pray to God that the child is a boy. And his mother will be Wema Sepetu. I'll keep praying. People think its a lie."
Wema had hinted everything was not okay when she shared a video of her shedding tears on her Instagram page.
In the video, she said that strong women cry and hoped everything was going to be well.
"I know big girls don't cry... But strong ones do. It'll be well baby...It'll all be well..."
In another video, she shared a photo holding a baby hoping God would bless her baby.
In 2021, Wema shed weight so she could get pregnant.
"I had to lose weight in order to increase my fertility rate as my uterus was surrounded by a lot of fat making it impossible to get pregnant."
