With the backing of award-winning video director Kevin Bosco Jnr, upwardly mobile and hot Kenyan female R&B and Afro-pop singer and songwriter, Kasa Spent, has declared that she has moved from guys who are all talk and no substance.

"I am not doing mediocre any more. I am in the real game!" she told Word Is.

Bubbling under her new release titled Tulu Tulu, off her upcoming album, the sultry singer is literally camping at the studio as she races to see that her studio album is out in the market before the year ends.

So, what's going to be in the album?

“I know it’s crazy to admit this, but I honestly don’t know what’s going to be on the album or mix tape, but Tulu Tulu will definitely be there. I have worked with so many great producers and artistes and I wish I could just release everything. All I know is that it will be amazing,” she says.

Tulu Tulu, a club banger with a catchy Kwaito influence and Afro-beat so reminiscent of the Kenyan coastal tribal tunes, features the new sensation Kashkeed, who also produced the track, with a wicked 16 bars.

Kasa's smooth vocals and passionate delivery blended with Kashkeed's unique rap style makes for a serious potential club hit song for 2016 and beyond.

The video, shot by the renown Bosco Jnr, is a work of art shot in a natural African setting with a comical plot unfolding throughout the clip.

Kasa began singing professionally at the age of 17. She attended the Kenya Conservatoire of Music where she studied voice, piano and music theory.

In the same year she competed in the annual Afro-fusion music contest, Spotlight On Kenyan Music and was a top finalist with the track Luwere which she wrote and composed.

She then took a break to pursue studies in the UK, then came back and got a job, which she later resigned from to follow her passion in music, making it her business with the support of her management, iScan Media.

During her time in UK, Kasa met and began working with Kaki, a young producer whose major records were mainly Hip hop and Grime. The fusion of cultures was phenomenal and Kasa recorded an album with Kaki.

She continued working on several projects including Wazalendo, a peace song inspired by the violence that rocked Kenya after the general elections of 2007. She features in the song along side rappers Bamboo, Cannibal and Abbas.

In 2009, Kasa was awarded the UK- Kenyan Achiever Award for best Kenyan female artiste.

She returned to Kenya in 2011, where she went ahead to released a single titled Uko Wapi in 2012.

She also collaborated with rapper Benady on the track Ahadi.

The music talent and event management label strives to influence people positively mainly through entertainment and sports. It was founded by artiste manager Eric Mutabari who also co-founded the record company, Jomino Entertainment.

Rapper Sosuun (wife to fellow rapper, Kenrazy) and singer Andy Gold are some of the artistes under the firm's management.
