The 14th edition of the Eco Warrior Awards were held at the Serena Hotel in Nairobi on Thursday on the eve of World Tourism Day. The chief guest was Tourism CS Najib Balala

The awards recognise and celebrate business entities and individuals who are at the front line in promoting sustainable tourism in their operations as well as in their interaction with the local community.

The theme for the 2019 Eco Warrior Award was: Tourism Jobs and the Green Economy: A Better Future for All. Let's Go Travel emerged as the overall winner.
