Friends of Saudi Arabia converged at the Villa Rosa Kempinski Hotel in Nairobi on Friday evening to commemorate the establishment of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by King Abdulaziz in 1351.
The event attended by various diplomats witnessed a grand toasting between chief guest Tharaka MP Alex Mwiru and acting charge de affairs Abdullah Masoud.
Also present was former National Assembly deputy speaker Farah Maalim among many others.
The celebration is marked annually on the twenty third day of September.
