It was a black tie and afro chic dress code at the British Council in Upperhill, Nairobi, during the launch of the press score for the fictional drama film Chep by Pegg Entertainment on Thursday evening.
Chep tells the story of a female marathoner who overcomes all ends to become a world renown athlete.
The score features award winning musical ensemble Sauti Sol.
At the cocktail reception were Chep director Jinna Mutune, producer Jazz Odongo, Kenya Film Commission CEO Lizzie Chongoti, Kenya Dance Academy CEO Jermaine Nickson, British Council Kenya director Tony Reilly and British Chamber of Commerce Kenya CEO Jonathan Huxley.
