The 30th anniversary of the Festival of Chariots was celebrated with pomp and colour in Nairobi on Saturday afternoon.
More than 2000 people took part in the Jagannath Ratha Yatra procession organised by the International Society For Krishna Consciousness, Nairobi.
Starting from the Kenyatta International Conference Centre all the way to the Hare Krishna Temple in Ngara, the devotees sang songs of peace to mark the big milestone.
Nairobi Governor Dr Evans Kidero and Senator Mike Sonko joined in.
