Ingredients
- Avocado slices
- Boiled brown rice
- Chickpeas
- Shallots
- Lime Juice
- Cumin
- Cayenne
- Black pepper
- Beetroot, grated
- Dhania
- Mango, cubes
- Fried chicken or beef
- Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Combine avocado, chickpeas and shallot in a bowl.
Step 2
Mix up spices and sprinkle them over salad ingredients while adding in a squeeze of lime juice, mango and beetroot then toss to combine.
Step 3
Add in the chicken and rice then combine.
Serve immediately and top with cilantro and a glass of wine or preferred beverage.
