In an exclusive interview with the Star, Kenya's opposition leader Raila Odinga's daughter Winnie disclosed that she is friends with Kenyan rapper Trio Mio.
She went on to say that the 'Cheza Kama Wewe' singer passed his KCSE exams, saying,
"Trio and I go way back, that's my boy even those KCSE results ako sawa, alipita na flying colours, the boy got As and that boy is a genius," further adding that she loves him so much.
She went ahead to explain how amazing Trio's next album is going to be terming it a "banger".
"The album is coming out, everybody should get it it's slamming that's my boy sana sana you can't rhyme like that if you are a fool."
Winnie also noted that she likes listening to Kenyan musicians such as Khaligraph Jones with her fave song being " Omollo kutoka Bondo".
She added that she was such a hip-hop head and named artists she like listening to like; Boutross, Wakadinali, Nameless, and Jua Kali.
About her favourite TV show, she revealed that she enjoyed watching Kenyan shows such as "Single Kiasi" on Showmax, not forgetting Kalondu Musyimi as her favorite content creator.
About her 2023, Ms. Odinga said that she is focusing on tech saying that;
"I'm doing digital I want the country to be digitalized, we need access to computers, I'm working on digital labs, the tax issues for content creators to go, I believe that if people have access to the internet they can do everything they want to do."
She then gave an example of herself saying that she is eight different things and her father Raila Odinga was an engineer and is currently a politician.
