National Assembly Moses Wetang'ula on Saturday lauded the people of Garsen for believing in the leadership of young people.
The speaker spoke when he attended the homecoming ceremony of Garsen North Ward Member of County Assembly Dumba Semi.
The MCA was elected under the Ford Kenya party banner.
During this event, the speaker was welcomed by Ford Kenya National chairman and Garsen MP Ali Wario.
''I am delighted that you entrusted the leadership of this region to young people,'' he said.
