The meeting was held at Epra's headquarters in Upper hill, Nairobi on Wednesday.
The security team comprised of officers from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations and National Police Service.
The meeting aims to strengthen partnerships between the institutions.
It was held with a view of enhancing compliance and enforcement of laws and regulations in the energy and petroleum subsectors.
The meeting also explored ways of strengthening the partnership framework for sustainable, clean energy and petroleum for all.
It forms part of the strategic activities of the ongoing safety campaign dubbed Kaa Safe Mtaani.
The campaign aims at safeguarding Kenyans and investors by enhancing compliance, prevention of accidents and incidents as mandated to the Authority by Section 10 of the Energy Act, 2019.
