Inspector General of police Japhet Koome has today concluded the planned parade rehearsals for the police recruits in readiness for the pass-outs this week.
Koome inspected a full parade at the National police college Embakasi ‘B’ campus for the GSU officers.
President William Ruto is expected to officiate the passing out parade at the college on January 12.
“Today's full dress parade rehearsal is in readiness for the 49th passing out parade which will be presided over by the president,” read a statement.
Koome has conducted similar parade rehearsals for the administration police recruits and their regular counterparts.
Ruto will be in Kiganjo which hosts the regular police on January 10 and campus A in Embakasi on January 11 for the passing out ceremonies.
