On November 29, the court okayed National Assembly to continue vetting the 51 nominees.
Court had stopped the vetting of the nominees after the Law Society of Kenya and two others moved to court challenging the list, saying it lacked regional and gender balance.
Justice Nduma Nderi said the petitions, which were consolidated, were filed prematurely.
Ruto had on November 2 nominated PSs to serve in the Public service.
In the list, he had retained three PSs from his predecessor's administration.
