ICT Cabinet secretary Eluid Owalo says they will be able to create jobs for the youth.
"We are able to create a critical mass of jobs for the youth," Owalo said in an interview on Friday.
He said they will achieve this through the Konza agency.
Konza Technopolis Development Authority is the implementing agency under the Ministry of Information Communications and Technology.
It has an important role in science, technology and innovation to enhance utilisation of the scientific revolution in improving production and productivity in all sectors.
Owalo also talked about the component of data storage that Konza is currently developing.
"We want to put together government data in one secure and easily accessible location through Konza, which has begun this process," he said.
The CS said this structure will facilitate ease of access of data to citizens.
"It will also enhance the level of security of the data," Owalo said.
