What Ruto said on Uhuru about impeachment claims

Reports that President Uhuru Kenyatta said his deputy William Ruto plotted his impeachment has degenerated into a war of words among political leaders in the country.

Led by Ruto himself, Kenya Kwanza Alliance has dismissed the President's remark terming it as false and "cooked" to paint the DP on a bad note.

The DP has used his rallies to tell off the President for making the claims saying he is the one who ensured he wins the presidency and can, therefore, not make such a plot.

He shifted the blame to ODM leader Raila Odinga who he said was the one plotting such by virtue of having sworn himself in.
