Members of the Kitui county assembly of Kitui and the county executive on Monday started a week-long bonding and consultative session in Mombasa.

Katisya  said the forum was key in propelling collaboration, coordination and fostering a robust working relationship between the two arms of Kitui government.

“This will ultimately enhance service delivery to the esteemed people of Kitui. I firmly believe that at the conclusion of this meeting, we will have laid a strong foundation for mutual understanding," he said.

"We will also have attained a bond that would  grow stronger, ensuring the improvement of our people’s wellbeing.”
