Kipsang noted that centre managers will be picking up the papers twice a day, which might be hectic.

He said if the exam progresses seamlessly, managers may start picking the papers once.

"Picking papers twice a day might raise concern. We hope we can reach a point where we're picking the papers once as the exam period progresses," the PS said.

After the container was opened, Kipsang and Lesuuda watched as centre managers went one by one to pick up papers once their school was called.

"Ensure the papers you're picking are for session one," Lesuuda said as she handed over the sealed papers.
