Essential oils are used in aromatherapy as a way to promote well-being and health.

In aromatherapy, natural plant extracts are used to improve the health of the body, and mind.

In this case, essential oils are inhaled in various ways.

Essential oils can be used for your body and your hair. They are not to be swallowed.

Essential oils include peppermint, lavender, rosemary, jasmine, chamomile, tea tree, and lemon, among others.

You can blend them together before using them. You can buy an already-made blend or create your own at home.

For example, lavender lemon and rosemary, peppermint and range, or lemon lavender and peppermint among other blends.

How to use essential oils

Mix a few drops of essential oils with water in a spray bottle and spray some on your pillow and sheets.

Rub the oils directly onto your skin. If you have sensitive skin mix them with coconut oil or jojoba oil before applying them to your skin.

Use an oil diffuser or vaporizer.

Add a few drops to your bathtub.
