Trans Nzoia county police commander Nelson Shilunji Taliti who spoke to the Star at his headquarters in Kitale said security had been beefed up in all the five subcounties.

He revealed that the county divisional headquarters had received 46 recently graduated police officers who will be deployed across all subcounties.
