Mudavadi to attend inauguration of Brazil's new president

Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi is out of the country on the first day of January 2023.

Mudavadi and his wife Tessy Mudavadi are in Brasilia,Brazil for the inauguration of the country's new president.

”Awaiting President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva inauguration which shall be held on the 1st of January 2023,”Mudavadi twitted.

Mudavadi visited the Kenyan Embassy where he was briefed on the Kenya-Brazil co-operation.

The prime CS had an insightful tour of the famous Juscelino Kubitscheck Memorial Museum.

Mudavadi was in the company of his wife, the Kenyan ambassador to Brazil, H.E. Lemarron Kama to, and Ms. Anna Christina Kubitscheck Pereira, the President of the memorial facility.

The historical facility was opened in memory of the great founder of Brasilia, President Juscelino Kubitscheck, on September 12th, 1981.

It acts as a significant tourism establishment rich with the history of the country in South America.

Huge crowds are expected in Brasilia on 1 January to see Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva inaugurated  for a four-year term.

A day later football fans will gather in Santos to bid farewell to Pele the football legend.
