Chief Justice Martha Koome while launching the report on Friday had just made a remark about the state of the facilities at the Supreme Court.

She lamented over the fact that judicial staff has to keep walking outside or go to a hotel because the toilets within the building are not in good condition.

The president in affirming her sentiment said "I went to check on the toilets set outside the premises and indeed we need to do something for our Judiciary."

The Sojar report tables the achievements made by the Judiciary. A key achievement is the operationalization of the Fund which is helping the Judiciary to implement its financial workplans.
