Governor Cheboi nominates late DG Kipng'ok's son to replace him

Felix Kipng'ok is the eldest son of the late Deputy Governor Charles Kipng'ok.

Baringo Governor Benjamin Cheboi has nominated Felix Kipng'ok as deputy governor to replace his late father Charles Kipng'ok.

Felix is the eldest son of the late deputy governor.

The DG died on September 14 while waiting to board a plane at JKIA in Nairobi.

The deputy governor was pronounced dead by the medical personnel before the plane took off.

He was heading to Mombasa to attend the governors' and deputy governors' retreat.

Cheboi submitted his son's name to the County Assembly on Thursday.
