Mama Ngina Kenyatta urges Kenyans to maintain peace

Says Kenyans should come out and vote for leaders of their choice

Former first lady Mama Ngina Kenyatta cast her vote on Tuesday morning at Mutomo Primary School accompanied by her security detail.

She urged Kenyans to ensure there is peace and order across the country.

Mama Ngina also urged Kenyans to come out and vote for leaders of their choice.

"I would like to request Kenyans to come out and vote for leaders of their choice," she said.

Mama Ngina said Kenyans have a democratic right to elect leaders who will represent them in various positions.

There however was voter apathy in the centre, as only a handful of residents turned up.
