ODM leader Raila Odinga has said his administration will fight poverty, illiteracy and disease when he wins the August vote.
Raila is currently on a tour of Teso North subcounty in Busia.
He was addressing students and residents of Kocholya after he officially launched the KMTC Teso campus in Kocholya.
The former Prime Minister made the remarks 20 days after he assured Kenyans of economic transformation within the first 100 days should he be elected president.
Raila said he was ready to ensure that Kenyans’ living standards are improved.
The OM leader is in Busia to widen his support base.
Busia is among the counties where he still enjoys massive support despite infiltrations made by leaders from Kenya Kwanza to tilt the political divide in their favour.
The ODM boss was accompanied by Governors Sospeter Ojaamong (Busia) and James Ongwae (Kisii).
Others in tour included MPs Opiyo Wandayi (Ugunja) Geoffrey Omuse (Teso South), Oku Kaunya (Teso North), Raphael Wanjala (Budalang’i) and Junet Mohamed (Suna East).
Also in attendance was former Funyula MP and Busia governor aspirant Paul Otuoma.
Raila later flew to Changara where he will address a rally.
From Changara, he will address other roadside rallies at Moding, Osia, Angurai, Osere City before addressing his final rally at Acunet Stadium in Malaba town.
