ODM party leader Raila Odinga has jetted back into the country after a week-long UK tour.

The ODM leader was received by leaders allied to his Azimio la Umoja on Tuesday morning.

Among them was former Jubilee secretary general Raphael Tuju and Mathare MP Anthony Oluoch.

Raila left the country on Sunday, March 13 for a week-long UK trip.

While in the UK, Raila delivered a speech at the famous Chatham House and met Anglican Centenary who is the head of Anglican Church in the world and UK Minister for the Armed Forces James Heappey.

The ODM chief also engaged UK’s Minister of State Foreign Commonwealth and Development Affairs Lord Tariq Ahmed and UK Prime Minister Borris Johnson’s trade envoy to Kenya Theo Clarke.

Raila also had an opportunity to address Kenyans in diaspora and also attended Arsenal versus Liverpool match at Emirates Stadium.

The ODM leader is an ardent supporter of Arsenal FC.

His visit came a few days after deputy president William Ruto left the UK after the conclusion of his 12-day tour of the US and UK.

He also had addressed the Chatham House and also held a meeting with Kenyans in diaspora.
