This is the second time in less than a month that Uhuru is meeting Mandera leaders.
A similar meeting was held on February 12 when the leaders from the County paid the President a courtesy call.
Among the issues discussed during the February meeting included the drought situation in Mandera, food security, access to clean water, and security among other subjects.
