Deputy President William Ruto will on Friday visit the counties of Bungoma and Kakamega, to popularise his party and consolidate support for his presidential bid.
Ruto will be accompanied by ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi and his Ford Kenya counterpart Moses Wetangula.
Kakamega senator, Cleophas Malala will also be present alongside a host of other leaders allied to UDA, ANC and Ford Kenya.
The DP will make stopovers in Malava, Kakamega county and Kapsokwony in Bungoma before holding a mega rally at Posta Grounds in Bungoma.
This is the second time Ruto, Mudavadi and Wetangula will be holding joint rallies, but the first one in the Western region.
ODM leader Raila Odinga meanwhile will on Friday attend a funeral in Nyeri county.
The former PM will attend the funeral of Nyeri Deputy Governor, Caroline Karugu's mother.
Mama Jacinta Wanjiku Karugu, 76, passed away on Tuesday night.
