Yumbya directed the hospital management to appear before the council disciplinary and ethics committee on Wednesday at 10 am at KMPDC.
They should be accompanied by all the personnel who have been involved in the handling of the vaccines allocated to the hospital In the last month.
"The council notes that the continued operation of the facility brings into question the safety of the patients being managed therein," he added.
On Monday, Health CS Mutahi Kagwe directed the Board deregister all facilities charging for Covid-19 vaccination.
The CS said selling Covid-19 vaccines to Kenyans is a criminal offence.
The CS noted that some health facilities are charging for administering vaccines instead of giving the jab for free hence pushing away those willing.
He advised Kenyans to deliberately refuse to pay for vaccines.
At the same time, Kagwe cautioned against illegal vaccination stations.
"There are those carrying out health camps with stolen vaccines," he said.
"This is not going to be tolerated. Because it is our own people we are endangering."
He said Kenyans should get vaccines from the Ministry of Health designated vaccination points only where safety is guaranteed.
