• The tree looked like it was falling off which did not depict the true nature of the airport.
Kenya Airports authority was forced to change the shape of their Christmas tree after an outburst from Kenyans on Twitter.
KOT expressed their disappointment with the Christmas tree outside JKIA with many claiming it doesn't meet the standards of an international airport.
The tree looked like it was falling off and did not depict the true nature of the airport.
How can a whole International airport display such a miserable, tired looking, and decorations starved Xmas tree😂😂😂.. JKIA stop embarrassing our country, our corrupt politicians are embarrassing us enough!! pic.twitter.com/ZJ4ZLNO93f

But after hours of making fun of the tree, airport workers were seen putting together the new JKIA Christmas tree on Wednesday night.
There was however no statement from Kenya Airports Authority indicating why they had decided to make the change.
Now a better Christmas Tree has been erected in JKIA. It seems that for anything to work in this country there must be some force. Now we will force a revolution. pic.twitter.com/17XYjvmdtw

Some person put up an ‘emaciated’ Xmas tree at JKIA. #KOT as always raised a storm. Hours later it was replaced with a ‘fatter’ one. The contractor who was cutting corners and saving some few pennies must be cursing Kenyans on Twitter. 😅😅😂 pic.twitter.com/pT6bW3UNbd
