Four Judicial staff sacked, 30 interdicted over graft

The Judiciary has sacked four

members of its staff and interdicted

30 others over alleged involvement in

corruption.

This comes just a day after DPP Noordin Haji asked the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission and DCI George Kinoti to probe the institution on its fund management.

Anne Amadi said

they called for the Directorate of Criminal Investigations to launch investigations after they received the Final Internal Audit Report on Revenue Management at Milimani Law Courts.

The report is for the period between January 2016 and December 2017 dated July 12, 2018.

“We immediately called in the Directorate of Criminal Investigations to launch investigations vide a letter dated July 19, 2018, and titled ‘Investigation of Fraudulent Activities at the Milimani Law Courts,” Amadi said.
