Police have seized ivory worth Sh12 million and arrested three suspects in Mariakani, Kilifi County.
The three were arrested in a house with the six pieces of ivory weighing 70 kilogrammes by CID officers.
Mariakani police boss Ramson Lolmodoni on Monday said the suspects will be arraigned in court for ivory trafficking.
The suspects had planned to smuggle the ivory for international market where the demand for ivory is high.
