Bomet Governor Issac Rutto on Sunday said the move to merge affiliate parties to form Jubilee Party is intimidating and dictatorial.

He said his Chama Cha Mashinani party will not join Jubilee. Rutto said CCM is a national party with at least 40 county offices.
