Two men were arrested at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on Friday with live tortoises.

The men, both Madagascar nationals, were in transit from Antananarivo, the island nation's capital to Hanoi, Vietnam.

Kenya Wildlife Service rangers booked the two at the JKIA police station and confiscated the tortoises each weighing 400 grams.

The men will be arraigned at the Makadara Law Court on Monday morning.
