Jubilee Party leaders have been accused of using the NYS Youth Empowerment Programme to enlist young people as members in Western.

Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale (L) yesterday said youth in Mumias East, Navakholo and Matungu in the county are being registered into the Jubilee Party under the programme that targets 900 youths in each subcounty.
