Bridge International schools in Busia to be closed down

Some 14 International Bridge schools operating illegally in Busia and Siaya counties will be closed next term. Busia county education board chairman Stephen Odebero said the school have not been registered officially by the Education ministry. He said the schools do not following the Kenya Institute Board of Curriculum but have their own. Odebero said standard eight candidates will not be registered by Knec for the KCPE exam.
