The Rev Paul Korir has been elected the first Bishop of Anglican Diocese of Kapsabet.
He was picked during elections held at St Barnaba’s Pro-Cathedral in Kapsabet, Nandi county.
Korir, 52, was until Saturday an assistant Provost at the All Saints Cathedral, Nairobi.
The diocese was curved from Eldoret ACK diocese in November last year.
