Azimio la Umoja presidential candidate Raila Odinga has won more votes in Kitutu Chache constituency.

He led with 30,857 votes while his UDA counterpart William Ruto was second with 9,187 votes.

Agano party candidate David Mwaure emerged third with 57 followed by George Wajackoyah of Roots party with 16 votes.

Kitutu Chache has 66,908 registered voters and 4o,870 voters turned up to exercise their civic duty.

The number of rejected votes was 398 votes.

IEBC must verify ballot papers from 290 constituencies and results from the Diaspora to announce the president-elect.

The commission is the only agency mandated to announce the winner.
