A bar manager was on Friday night stabbed to death by a reveler in Keroka, Nyamira county.
The Reeves Bar and Restaurant manager - Bavon Ogoti - was stabbed in the neck, his left hand and stomach by an unidentified reveler.
The reveler had been served with drinks and disputed about the payment.
In a police report, the suspect tried to flee, causing the manager to chase after him.
"The suspect became violent and assaulted him and ran away. As a result the deceased sustained injuries."
He was pronounced dead on arrival at Medistop Medical Facility in Kisii town.
The body was moved to Kisii Level Six Hospital awaiting autopsy.
Police are pursuing the culprit.
