Gem MP Jakoyo Midiwo on Sunday differed with his nominated counterpart Oburu Oginga on the leadership of Siaya Governor Cornel Rasanga. Midiwo said Rasanga was sinking the county to its lowest ebb, which Oburu denied Midiwo accused Oburu of always defending the governor.
They spoke at Saint Stephen Ogoye ACK Church in Bondo.
