Lack of education and awareness among the public on disability hurts the disabled. Ustadh Omar Athman spoke at the launch of the Muslim Deaf Association Kenya in Nairobi on Thursday.
He said lack of proper awareness and education hampers acceptance and understanding of the special needs the disabled need.
